Highlights of Schedule:

ITD will take over event scheduling from IVN for K-12, State Agencies, and Political Subdivisions on Monday, June 18th.
Starting Monday, June 18th, all users should contact ITD's Service Desk at 877-328-4470 to schedule an event. ITD will share support with IVN until the "Go Live" date.
Training on the new scheduling software will be held July 16th-31st. The detailed training schedule is to be determined. Users will enter their schedules into the new scheduling software as part of this training.
"Go Live" on August 1st - ITD will take over full support and scheduling.
